Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day retail property operations across 20+ locations
Manage all tenant relations and ensure high client satisfaction
Prepare and reconcile property budgets using QuickBooks Online
Lead annual CAM reconciliation and documentation
Coordinate lease administration and renewals
Ensure compliance with property tax requirements
Identify process improvements for property management efficiency
Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management
Preferred Previous Experience:
Multi-site retail property management experience required
Proven CAM reconciliation record
QuickBooks Online experience in property financials
Remote/self-directed work history preferred
Candidates with only multifamily experience will not be considered
