Digital & Email Marketing Specialist

Chapman Communications Group seeks a Digital & Email Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital and email campaigns that engage audiences and drive measurable success for clients. This role requires sharp analytical skills, hands-on experience with automation and segmentation, and a commitment to collaboration and client service. You’ll have the opportunity to directly influence campaign strategy, contribute actionable insights, and support clients’ growth while working in a dynamic, supportive environment.


Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and optimize digital and email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact, Salesforce (and/or alike platforms)
Segment and analyze audience data for targeted, personalized messaging
Design, launch, and optimize A/B tests, drip sequences, and trigger-based campaigns
Deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign data and performance reports
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and account management teams to align campaigns and maximize ROI
Integrate and manage CRM data within email automation tools for effective outreach
Cleanse, maintain, and improve distribution lists to ensure accuracy and deliverability
Use project management and communication platforms (Slack, Asana, or equivalent) for team coordination
Participate in client meetings and conduct timely email follow-ups as a key point of contact


Required Skills & Experience
Proficient with Constant Contact and Salesforce
Experienced in email marketing automation, campaign performance analysis, and audience segmentation
Familiarity with Slack and Asana (or similar workflow/project management tools)
Strong B2B LinkedIn management and/or lead generation; able to support clients’ professional brand and outreach
Comfortable in customer-facing communication, including client meetings and email follow-up
Analytical thinker who provides data-driven recommendations and insights
Excellent organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
Strategic and creative thinker
Strong verbal and written communicator
Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented
Adept at problem solving and thriving in a fast-moving environment


Secondary/Desirable Skills
Google Analytics expertise
Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests
Prior experience with strategic marketing, lifecycle marketing, or nurturing campaigns
Comfortable working across teams and time zones
