We are hiring someone to:
- Manage invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes with accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including client and vendor communications
- Maintain and update data across Airtable, QuickBooks Online, and other finance-related platforms
- Ensure billing records are accurate, organized, and up to date
- Draft and send professional communications via email regarding payment updates and confirmations
- Support the finance and operations team with ad-hoc billing tasks and reporting needs
- Collaborate with both internal and external teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline billing workflows
Mandatories:
- Experience with QuickBooks Online is required; familiarity with Airtable and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is highly preferred
- Must work US hours (CST or EST)
- Will trial for 1–2 weeks, then shift to Full-Time
- Must have perfect written and verbal English communication
- Must have strong internet & work-from-home setup
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed long-term
