What do you need to qualify? (Requirements)
-Advanced English (level B2+ or higher), with clear, concise written communication.
-Able to turn messy information into structured notes: headings, bullets, numbered steps.
-Comfortable revising your own writing and improving clarity.
-Very organized: you name files properly, link sources, and keep short SOPs/checklists.
-Strong attention to detail, even under time pressure.
-Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, ClickUp, Slack/WhatsApp, Loom.
-Learn new tools and patterns quickly, think analytically, and care about integrity.
-Nice to have: programming, marketing, business, or freelance experience.

How is a typical work day? How will you work?
-Work is 100% remote, with flexible hours: you set your availability in advance.
-You’ll be an independent contractor, tracking your time with screenshot time-tracking to invoice.
-Turn meeting transcripts into clear tasks and Next Actions inside ClickUp.
-Draft replies to client/partner messages using AI first, then refine and send.
-Help build and maintain prompts, workflows, onboarding docs, and end-of-month summaries.
-Create quick SOPs when a task repeats several times.
-Collaborate asynchronously with project managers, Partner Success, and Operations.

How can you grow in this role? (Path)
-Level 1 – Associate Engineer (Weeks 1–6): Focus on AI-first inbox triage, task creation from transcripts, and clean documentation.
-Level 2 – Engineer (Weeks 7–12): Do Level 1 work plus create and refine reusable prompt chains for reporting and comms.
-Level 3 – Senior Engineer (Weeks 13–24): Build and maintain AI agents (e.g., inbox triage, meeting-to-task, reporting) and integrate tools like ClickUp, Zapier/n8n, and Google Apps Script.
-Level 4 – Lead Engineer (6–12 months): Mentor others, set standards, oversee the AI agent portfolio, and propose improvements tied to ROI.

Progression and exact levels can adapt to your strengths and personality.

How much can you earn?
-Starting rate: USD $5.00–$8.25 per hour.
-Hours: Up to 30 hours per week as an independent contractor.
-Payment options: Wise, PayPal, or USDT.

How does the selection process work?

2. You’ll receive an email with your UCC and the link to the full application (about 45–60 minutes).
3. You’ll get either an automatic rejection email or a “pending review” email for manual review.
4. If you pass manual review, you’ll receive an interview link.
5. If you pass the interview, you’ll complete a paid trial task (up to 10 hours over two weeks).
6. If you pass the trial, you’ll start onboarding, sign the independent contractor agreement, and begin your probation period.
