Relationship Developer / Market Researcher Destacada

The ideal candidate is passionate about developing relationships and uncovering insights in the finance industry with respect to Corporates and Financial Institutions. Relationship Developers are responsible for conducting interviews and obtaining valuable insights to achieve high quality Studies.
As a Relationship Developer, you will work as part of a centralized team in cultivating relationships with senior buy-side professionals and gathering the information that gives Coalition Greenwich its competitive advantage in the global consulting market. You will help execute marketing strategies and conduct virtual and phone interviews directly with decision makers at some of the highest levels of global organizations. Individuals in this position will work closely with the firm’s Field Operations team as well as our Consultants who run the study and provide the subject matter context to inform your interviews. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to be persuasive with buy-side clients are critical to the success of this role; financial markets knowledge is essential.

Main Responsibilities
Organizing, scheduling, and conducting interviews for our studies with selected professionals from financial institutions and large corporations. Building long-term relationships with interviewees through virtual and telephone interviews. Representing Coalition Greenwich while conducting interviews. Entering data into the central Greenwich SalesForce CRM system. Developing and managing data within the central CRM. Research new information to update and maintain the database as necessary.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics / Finance / Business Administration / International Relations, or other relative degrees.

• Excellent level of English (Mandatory) – The job involves a lot of meetings and telephone conversations in English
• MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Proactive attitude
• Analytical capacity. High detail attention is needed
