About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our sales organization. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on turning sales chaos into organized, data-driven processes that directly impact revenue growth. You'll work closely with our sales team, creative department, and leadership to ensure our sales machine runs smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do on a Regular Weekly Basis

Sales Support & Pipeline Management
Maintain CRM accuracy with up-to-date contacts, detailed notes, next steps, dates, and deal probabilities
Draft and send strategic follow-ups, meeting reminders, and pipeline nudges
Coordinate calendar management and meeting logistics for the sales team
Research and compile buyer intelligence briefs, including market gaps, pricing trends, and common objections
Create comprehensive meeting preparation packets (5-6 slides, product images, pricing tables, SKU details)

Product Operations & Digital Platform Management
Onboard new customers and manage NuORDER platform setup
Organize and maintain product catalogs, line sheets, and assortment displays
Update product specifications, style codes, and SKU information
Monitor and communicate product availability status across channels
Coordinate with Creative team on photography setup, review, and administrative tasks
Conduct periodic assortment analysis by retailer and category to identify pitch opportunities (monthly).

Data & Reporting (Weekly)
Update and maintain standardized reporting templates
Produce comprehensive weekly scorecards covering sales metrics, gross profit percentages, return rates, pipeline health, and meeting activity
Execute ad-hoc data extractions and analysis for sales performance, profitability, returns, and inventory turns
Create vendor and price comparison tables for competitive analysis
Develop decision support packages with clear recommendations and risk assessments

Communications & Project Management
Schedule and coordinate Go-To-Market meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and action item tracking
Maintain standardized calendar systems and monitor key GTM dates and deadlines
Provide project management support across sales initiatives, tracking deliverables, deadlines, and ownership
Ensure seamless communication flow between sales, operations, and creative teams

What We're Looking For

Required Experience
2-4 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or analytical roles
Proven experience managing CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms)
Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and creating actionable insights
Experience with project management and cross-functional coordination
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or product catalog management

Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with experience in data manipulation and analysis
Experience with CRM platforms and sales automation tools
Knowledge of NuORDER or similar wholesale/B2B platforms (preferred)
Understanding of photography and product imaging workflows
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
