Junior Account Manager

5411 is a fashion fulfillment company based in Dallas and Buenos Aires. As a Junior Account Manager you are the primary point of contact for several of our major clients. You find solutions and accompany the order process from start to finish.

You will:
- be responsible for the receipt of customer orders
- follow up and prompt resolution of any issues which may arise throughout the order process
- manage relevant data regarding orders
- establish and maintain positive effective relationships with our external customers
- work closely with your colleagues in our Dallas Headquarter

Who you are:
- you have a degree in business administration, engineering or similar
- you have excellent communication skills and are able to establish a strong relationship with our customers
- you are fluent in English and Spanish
- you are proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace
- you face challenges with a positive attitude and hands-on mentality
- ideally, you have first working experience within the logistics environment
