Job Description
• Financial Analysts gain exposure to various types of industries, clients and transactions, and develop key analytical skills.
• Financial Analysts learn to develop valuation models, and to prepare reports and presentations including pitch books, teasers, confidential information memorandums, financial supplements, management presentations and other similar transaction materials, participate in due diligence and provide support to Associates, Vice Presidents and Partners during deal execution.
Job Requirements
• Minimum proven 1 year of work experience in corporate finance or investment banking, working for banks , advisory firms or corporate finance departments at renowned companies or Big 4’s is a must candidates not fulfilling this condition will not be taken into consideration
• A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar.
• A strong analytical orientation, with working knowledge of Claude, Chat GPT or other similar AI tools.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written fluency in English is required).
• Drive , enthusiasm, responsibility and a good presence are of the essence.
• Personal integrity and a strong orientation towards team working are also aspects well valued.
