Associate

Job Description
• Associates play an integral role during deal execution, providing both qualitative and key analytical support. With different de grees of responsibility, Associates assist in transactions and are intended to develop strong leadership and deal execution capabilities.
• Associates coordinate Financial Analysts and work closely with Vice Presidents and Partners during deal execution, learn to develop client relationships, work semi autonomously with an increasing degree of responsibility over the deals assigned, lead the preparation of financial mode ls, valuations, marketing materials and presentations of various sorts and conduct sophisticated financial analysis and relevant industry research studies.

Job Requirements
• Minimum proven 3 years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking working for banks, advisory firms or corporate finance departments at renowned companies or Big 4’s is a must candidates not fulfilling this condition will not be taken into consideration
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar and a completed postgraduate degree in related fields are required
• A strong analytical orientation, with working knowledge of Claude, Chat GPT or other similar AI tools.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written fluency in English is required).
• Drive , enthusiasm, responsibility and a good presence are of the essence.
• Personal integrity and a strong orientation towards team working are also aspects well valued.
