Who are we looking for?

Your Role:
- Lead our lead generation and business development strategies.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients and close business agreements.
- Create attractive and relevant content to position our brand.
- Use automation and data analysis tools to optimize results.

Main requirements:
- More than 3 years of experience in commercial roles in technology companies.
- Experience in negotiation, sales and technology. Experience in communications and marketing is desirable.
- Advanced English to maintain conversations (essential).
- Studies in business, technology and/or marketing.
- Demonstrated experience of resilience and victories.
- Exceptional communications, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Results orientation and ability to work as a team.
- Knowledge of CRM, automation and prospecting tools supported by artificial intelligence.

Main Responsibilities:
- Research companies and develop potential clients;
- Execute multichannel prospecting, marketing and sales campaigns;
- Develop effective sales messages;
- Lead generation through outbound / inbound marketing campaigns to attract and convert qualified leads to execute demo/intro calls;
- Design personalized and persuasive business proposals;
- Update the interaction with prospects and customers in our CRM;
- Use new AI tools to automate processes;
- Reporting and analysis: monitor campaigns performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
