Manager of Partnership Postular

Lazo is hiring a seasoned Partnerships Manager with a strong track record in cultivating and managing strategic alliances. Ready to drive partnership initiatives, leveraging extensive experience to achieve business growth and maximize opportunities.

Main responsibilities.

- Proficient in cultivating and managing partnerships to drive the company’s growth.
- Adept at identifying new beneficial opportunities to expand our network.
- Cross-functional collaboration: you will work closely with the partnerships team, as well as other internal teams to align with the company's overall strategy and goals.
- Reporting and analyzing partnership performance: diligently monitor and analyze partnership performance, utilizing key metrics to provide insightful reports.
- Use data to inform decisions and continuously improve the company's partnership strategy.
- Relationship Management with Partners: Develop and maintain strong relationships with current partners, ensuring stability in collaboration and minimizing personnel turnover within partner organizations.
- Biz Dev Oversight: Collaborate closely with Business Development (Biz Dev) teams, ensuring that all business efforts are supported by strong partner relationships.
- Partnership Strategy Development: Collaborate in defining and executing effective partnership strategies that drive sustainability and growth in the area.
- Drive scalability in partnership management by developing and implementing strategic processes, optimizing workflows, and leveraging technology to accommodate the growth of our partnership portfolio

Requirements and skills.
-Proven track record in business development, preferably in the startup ecosystem (4 years+)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, methodical, organized.
- Commercial profile, proactive, sales skills.
- Fluency in English.
Strong network of contacts in the startup community/ecosystem (especially in the VC ecosystem).

Partnership Metrics
Percentage increase in leads generated through partnerships
Number of new partners closed


Community Growth Metrics
Growth in the number of community members
Engagement metrics (event attendance, webinar registrations)

Lead Generation
Number of leads generated from partners and community
Conversion rate from leads to customers, to be evaluated together with the sales team.

Reporting
Timeliness and completeness of reporting.
Quality of insights and recommendations provided.
