About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our online events
operations. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, enjoys working with
people, and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination and follow-up around online
events—tracking attendance, engaging with guests, and providing customer support during live
sessions. You’ll also manage communication and scheduling logistics while using productivity
and project management tools to keep everything running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
● Organize and track attendee lists for online events.
● Conduct timely follow-ups with registered guests and participants.
● Provide live customer support during online events (e.g., troubleshooting, guiding
attendees).
● Manage scheduling, reminders, and event-related communications.

● Maintain accurate records of attendance and guest engagement.
● Collaborate with the team using project management tools to ensure smooth execution.

Ideal Candidate Profile
● Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Event Coordinator, or in Customer Support.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Proficient in Google Workspace (G Suite), Slack, and familiar with project
management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion, ClickUp).
● Comfortable interacting with event attendees in a professional and supportive manner.
● Reliable, proactive, and resourceful with excellent communication skills in English.

Bonus Experience (Nice to Have)
● Experience supporting online or hybrid events.
● Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, or other live event platforms.
● Previous work with startups or high-growth environments.
